FORCEFUL FAITH: Matthew 11:12 NIV "The kingdom of heaven has been forcefully advancing, and forceful men lay hold of it." SURRENDER: James 4:7 "Submit now to God." The word surrender means to give up the power, control, or possession of something valuable. If Jesus is truly the Lord of our lives, He will only then be able to transform us through His Word & the Holy Spirit. God desires to lead us to our promise land that is filled with His blessings, but can only do so if we let go and let God. Trust Him with your life & SURRENDER.

HEALING: Exodus 15:26 "I am the Lord who heals you." 22 years ago in my very first season with the Dallas Cowboys, I sustained a career ending injury to my neck. After extensive medical tests & examinations, I was told that I would never be able to walk again. Several years later, I competed in the world's strongest man contest and overcame the doctor's reports. I know that God heals. His power brings HEALING.

TAKE ANOTHER LAP: Deut.2:1-2 "We worked our way around the hills of Seir for a long time. Then God said, You've been going around in circles in these hills long enough; go north." In athletics, a coach will condition and discipline their team by making them run laps around a field or court. If the team is disobedient, the coach will demand yet another lap. In essence, our disobedience causes us to TAKE ANOTHER LAP.

WE NEED NOT BE AFRAID: Psalm 27:1 "The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the LORD is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?" No matter how strong a storm can be, we need not be afraid. No matter how strong the winds blow, we need not be afraid. No matter how heavy the downpour, we need not be afraid. This storm like many others shall also pass, so WE NEED NOT BE AFRAID.
REJOICE & BE GLAD: Ps 118:24 "This is the day that the Lord has made, let us rejoice and be glad in it." I know that we may not be where we want to be, but let's rejoice that we are not where we used to be. We may not have what we want to have, but let's rejoice that we have what we do have. Be aware of how you sound. Are you always hearing problems, complaints, doubt & unbelief out of your mouth? By our words we either bless or sabotage our own lives - speak FAITH.
INTIMIDATION: Proverbs 29:25 "The fear of man brings a snare but those who trust in God will be safe." The word "snare" means trap. When we are fearful of someone or something, we step into the trap of intimidation. Life has many uncertainties. The only sure thing is the Word of God. When we allow God's promises to saturate our hearts & choose to trust it with unshakeable faith. There will be no more INTIMIDATION.
